Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent people management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong attention to detail and the desire to produce high-quality operational and administrative outcomes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the stewards and manager in daily operations
  • Delegate tasks and monitor progress among stewarding staff
  • Work closely with the stewarding manager to enhance employee morale and productivity
  • Conduct fortnightly payroll processing with human resources and payroll support
  • Perform monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
