We are seeking an accomplished Project Delivery Manager to lead the construction of a luxury apartment building project in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their skills and expertise.

Job Overview

This high-profile project involves the construction of a $40m luxury apartment building with 2 basement levels, 8 levels above ground, roof terrace, and pool. The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team and develop a culture for success.
  • Deliver a high-quality product on time.
  • Manage industrial relations effectively.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager or equivalent in a Tier 2 developer, builder, or principal building contractor.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Project Details:

The site will be managed to achieve the highest level of productivity and provide a safe and clean working environment for subcontractors.
