Job Description

The role of an Assistant Valuer involves working with a global leader in commercial real estate valuations, specifically in the Living Sectors team.

  • Collaborate daily with the Director of the valuations business in a team environment to undertake work for clients such as banks, corporates, developers, and major institutions.
  • Gain hands-on experience and progress towards Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status by participating in all aspects of the valuation and consultancy process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertake valuations and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussion.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in commercial real estate valuations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recent property graduate or close to completion degree.
  • Eagerness to pursue CPV registration and a career in valuations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
