As a Digital Client Experience Partner, you will be the driving force behind our client relationships. Your role is to develop and execute strategic plans that align cross-functional teams with client business priorities, objectives and expectations.

Your expertise in account management will enable you to identify growth opportunities on existing accounts, craft account plans and strategies with internal team members, and provide leadership, strategic advice and ongoing support to clients.

You will have a deep understanding of our clients' business objectives and recommend solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will allow you to manage scope and changes while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

We are seeking someone who has experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, a proven track record in driving growth of existing client accounts, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, can handle delicate issues with clients, and knows when to take initiative. You will work closely with our delivery team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and achieve the expected results for clients.
