We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the successful operation of our Service and Pre-Delivery departments in a rapidly expanding coastal region of Central QLD.

This role will be based at one of our leading brands, at a standalone site. With excellent facilities and a host of major franchises, we are one of the largest dealerships in the area and part of a larger, growing national group.

The Regional Operations Manager will report to and work closely with the Dealer Principal, who is responsible for ensuring that the dealership operates effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have proven dealership service management experience, ideally in a brand with a strong focus on culture and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate stability in your employment and be able to commit to the position for the long term. An attractive remuneration package comprising a generous retainer plus incentives will be discussed with the successful candidates, with earnings expected to sit at approximately $150,000 +.
