About the Role

AstraZeneca is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for the Forxiga brand and its indications along with upcoming pipeline. The successful candidate will report directly to the CVRM (Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolism) Business Unit Director, leading a marketing team and will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Lead a marketing team to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform marketing decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with a proven track record of in a marketing lead role
  • Product launch experience
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization
