Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated Commercial Property Leasing Professional to join our Sydney CBD Office Leasing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering flexible workspace solutions to our valued clients.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with businesses and identifying new opportunities for growth. You'll work closely with our Head of Flexible Workspace to develop and implement effective leasing strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and manage office leasing systems to optimise property potential.
  2. Pursue new appointments and foster existing relationships with businesses.
  3. Contribute to the production of proposals, pitches, and promotional materials.
  4. Maintain accurate client databases and track listings, contacts, and transactions.

Requirements

  • A commercial leasing background or Business Development experience within a flexible workspace provider.
  • Strong client-focused approach with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • Current Real Estate License.

About Your Role

As a Commercial Property Leasing Professional, you can expect a salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
