Early Childhood Educator - Certificate III Qualified

The role of an Early Years Educator is a vital position in the development and care of young children. This educator will be responsible for providing high-quality educational programs, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the needs of individual children.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community through effective communication, collaboration, and cultural responsiveness.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education and care.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Have up-to-date First Aid, CPR, EpiPen, and Asthma Management qualifications.
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
