Make a Difference in Young Children's Lives as a Casual Educator

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as casual educators at The Hive ELC Geelong. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care and education for young children.

In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the planning and delivery of an engaging and stimulating education program that supports the holistic development of children from birth to six years of age. You will also work closely with other educators, families, and professionals to provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children attending the service.

  • Cert 3 or Diploma Qualified: We are looking for individuals who hold a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a related field.
  • Current First Aid Qualification: You will need to hold a current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma.
  • Knowledge and Experience: You will require knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and the ability to apply this in your work with children.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: As an educator, you will need to possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, colleagues, and families.
  • WWCC (Employee): You will need to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) as an employee.
