Job Description
  • Coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Preparing project schedules, project execution plans, and project quality plans.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Anticipating client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status using CRM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or similar tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven experience in project / account management preferably for control system or electrical engineering projects.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
  • Attention to detail and proven experience in preparing professional client documentation.
  • Commercial focus with strong negotiation / communication skills and judgement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Project Management / Enterprise software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in a project manager role.
