A senior role exists for a highly skilled professional to lead compliance operations and drive quality assurance.
About the RoleThis pivotal position is responsible for ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and learner engagement.
- Leading compliance operations across RTO and TEO to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations
- Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Managing digital learning systems including LMS and client portals
- Governance activities
- Supporting program implementation and evaluation
Compliance and Leadership: Ensure all training programs are aligned with industry standards and regulations, and compliance operations are effective and efficient.
- Developing compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures
Digital Learning Systems: Manage and maintain digital learning systems to ensure accuracy and optimisation.
- Configuring and maintaining learning management systems (LMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Monitoring and reporting on system performance to identify areas for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong auditing and quality control skills
- Expertise in learning management systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, training, or audit
