Hospital Nurse Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team in providing managerial support to hospital departments. As a key member of the after-hours coordinator team, you will be responsible for leading staff in achieving service excellence and ensuring quality assurance and improvement.
">- Lead hospital staff in achieving service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement.
- Assess staffing levels of individual areas and relocate staff to meet clinical and organisational needs.
- Current and unconditional registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwifery with AHPRA.
- Tertiary qualifications in people management and/or leadership (desired).
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team.
