Job Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Demi Chef to join our kitchen team. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work with local and seasonal cuisines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the head chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef in a hotel or restaurant with high food quality standards.
  • Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and practice sound cooking techniques.
  • Chef Apprenticeship or Certificate in commercial cookery.
  • Good food hygiene and safety knowledge.
  • Knowledge of different cooking methods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team.
