As a Subcontract Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of landmark projects for Western Australia.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery. This involves evaluating bids, negotiating best available prices/discounts, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontractor registration and qualification through Felix or NPP
  • Evaluate bids and negotiate best available price/discounts from selected bidders
  • Develop and maintain commercial evaluation of bids for each package
  • Prepare and issue RFAs, approval workflows, and purchase orders/subcontract agreements on SAP, Felix
  • Monitor SCAR & PSR in coordination with the Subcontract Management and Commodity Manager
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial or contracts advisor on EPC projects
  • Knowledge of subcontracting processes, contract management, and procurement principles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Construction Management and Economics
