Key Role: Christmas Sales Assistant

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide a great experience during our busiest time of year. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Help customers find the perfect gifts and adventure gear by offering expert advice and product recommendations
  • Assist at the register and ensure smooth transactions
  • Keep the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products
  • Ensure the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service
  • Support across various departments as needed

Requirements:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic team players with a love for the outdoors
  • Great communicators who can thrive in a busy environment
  • Flexible availability – late nights, weekends, and public holidays included
  • Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training
