As a part of one of our top-performing sales teams, you'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes for Australians.As a Medical Sales Representative, you'll:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with General Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Nurses- Manage and develop the assigned territory to achieve sales targets, including travel to regional areas- Create and execute territory business plans focusing on account management- Analyse performance targets and measure the impact of prescriber initiatives- Engage with customers to build trust and confidence in our products- Secure access to Healthcare Professionals through appointments and drop-ins- Cultivate positive relationships with HCPs and their support staffWe're looking for candidates with:- A consultative approach to sales- Demonstrated sales experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or allied health fields- Strong time management and organizational skills- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork- Willingness to accept feedback and embrace continuous learning opportunitiesBenefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job - we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
