Job Overview

Sales support specialists play a pivotal role in assisting sales teams to drive growth and achieve business objectives. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing internal support to the sales category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team, including field sales representatives, with daily activities
  • Assist with sales inquiries and proposals to ensure timely customer responses
  • Provide support to the customer service team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Become familiar with products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Follow established business processes and procedures to maintain efficiency
  • Liaise with other departments, such as accounts and operations, to ensure seamless communication
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organisational skills to maintain attention to detail within multiple tasks
  • An intermediate understanding of IT and business operating systems would be advantageous
  • Strong customer and team focus, be solution-focused and able to think quickly
