About the Role

This position is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead the operations team to achieve their full potential.
  • Deliver exceptional customer relationship management, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients and the operations team to drive organic and new growth objectives, leveraging your expertise in strategy and process improvement.
  • Support the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Continually improve strategies and processes to increase performance, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Promote and develop a safety culture across the business, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
About You

To excel in this role, you must possess a 'can-do' attitude, a knack for people engagement, and a drive for operational excellence.

A background or strong knowledge of the Open Space/Horticulture industry and maintenance services is highly desirable. Additionally, you should demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Proven experience in managing large teams for grounds and open space maintenance contracts.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing schedules.
  • Highly developed communication and strong stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Proactive approach to relationship management and business development.
