Community Volunteer Role

Volunteer in a Red Cross Shop and make a positive impact on your community. Our shops offer a wide range of high-quality items, including clothing, shoes, accessories, and homewares.
You'll be contributing to rescuing pre-loved clothing from landfills and helping us raise vital funds to support vulnerable people across Australia.
We're seeking friendly and sociable individuals who can work as part of a team, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn and develop new skills.
In this role, you'll be responsible for welcoming customers, processing transactions, sorting and pricing donations, creating displays, and keeping the shop clean and tidy.
Requirements- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Able to work well with others in a team environment.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
- Commitment to volunteering at least 4 hours per week.
- Be part of a dynamic and supportive team.
- Develop new skills and gain valuable experience.

You must be at least 15 years old (16 in QLD). Completing a National Police check is also required.
