We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as volunteers at the Fremantle High St shop. This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact in your community, develop new skills, and meet like-minded people.
About the RoleAs a volunteer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks such as welcoming customers, processing transactions, sorting and pricing donations, creating visually appealing displays, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment. Your role will contribute to the success of the shop and help us raise vital funds for vulnerable people across Australia.
You will work in a supportive team environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience.

Our induction process includes a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of working in a Red Cross shop. This includes information about our policies, procedures, and expectations. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback from our experienced staff.
Once you have completed your induction, you will be assigned to a specific shift pattern and will be required to attend regular team meetings to discuss progress and receive support.
