About Us

Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations stands as a premier authority in the insurance investigation domain, boasting over 35 years of expertise and a loyal client base.

We are eager to expand our dedicated and skilled Surveillance Team in Victoria. We invite applications from aspiring Surveillance Investigators seeking mentorship and skill development, as well as seasoned Insurance Investigators with a strong interest in Surveillance.

Your Role

Are you a Licensed Surveillance Investigator in Victoria? Do you possess a genuine enthusiasm for Surveillance, or believe you have the potential to excel as a Surveillance Investigator in the Insurance sector?

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of investigative activities, including:

  • Executing covert surveillance operations
  • Documenting video evidence
  • Maintaining detailed field notes
  • Uploading footage to our user-friendly case management platform

You will receive structured training in covert surveillance methodologies, enhance your observational skills, and learn effective documentation practices. Experienced Surveillance Investigators will mentor you throughout your journey. Our Case Management team will provide unwavering support.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this position, you will need:

  • A valid investigator license in Victoria – or an application in progress
  • A current driver's license
  • A clear criminal history
  • Proficiency in operating video and computer equipment
  • Basic computer skills – including Word, Email, Internet, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute
  • A reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to work some weekends
