Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our South West Advertising Team. This part-time position involves working from 9 AM to 2:30 PM for three days each week. Reporting directly to the Advertising Manager, your primary focus will be on selling classified advertising across our South West publications.

We will provide comprehensive training on our products; all you need is a positive and enthusiastic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to acquire new clients
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and calls
  • Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of client needs to develop effective advertising strategies
  • Delivering exceptional post-sale service to advertising clients
  • Meeting and surpassing monthly revenue goals

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center environments
  • A genuine interest in collaborating with clients to maximize their advertising investments
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in computer skills
