Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to enhance our South West Advertising Team. This part-time position operates from 9am to 2:30pm, three days a week. Reporting directly to the Advertising Manager, the primary focus of this role is to promote classifieds advertising across our South West publications.

We will provide comprehensive training on our products; your main contribution will be your enthusiastic and positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to attract new clientele
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and calls
  • Recognize opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client needs to craft effective advertising strategies
  • Deliver exceptional post-sale support to advertising clients
  • Meet and surpass monthly revenue objectives

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center environments
  • A sincere commitment to collaborating with clients to maximize their advertising returns
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in computer skills
