**Category Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team within the Confectionery business. As a Category Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on iconic and well-loved brands including KitKat, Allen's, Milkybar, Uncle Toby's, Smarties and many more.

The consistent growth of these brands is largely due to innovation and expertise from our Sales, Marketing and Commercial Development teams.

A day in your life will involve:

  • Providing commercial and analytical support to grow customer categories through our brands.
  • Assisting the Commercial Development Team with internal and external communication, market analysis and data interpretation.
  • Contributing to New Business opportunities by providing category insights and sales materials.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a core range for the convenience channel.

**Key Requirements**

For this role, we require:

  • Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using data agency software, such as Circana, Nielsen (Scan & Homescan), Global Data or Quantium.
  • Ability to turn data into meaningful insights and deliver results on time.
