The Program Manager plays a key role in leading the development and delivery of our Home Care and Respite Services to older individuals, families and allies within the Echuca community.
This position involves providing leadership, managing service provision, developing fee-for-service approaches and ensuring client assessments are conducted as required.
You will need a tertiary qualification in management or a related field, strong knowledge of aged care and business development, and experience in operational management.
