Lead Civil Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Civil Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from infrastructure development to sustainable urban planning.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Civil Engineering Expertise: Providing technical guidance and expertise in civil engineering design, documentation, and project management.
  • Team Leadership: Leading a team of engineers and technicians, mentoring and developing their skills to achieve project goals.

You will be working closely with internal stakeholders and collaborating with cross-discipline teams to deliver complex projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor to Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desired).
  • Excellent expertise in civil engineering design, documentation, and project management.
  • Solid industry experience in Australian civil engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
