About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior / Consultant with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Sustainability Consulting team. This role is ideal for a professional who possesses a strong foundation in building systems and services or mechanical engineering combined with expertise in sustainable design and building performance.

You will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward a more sustainable and low-carbon future, integrating environmentally sound practices into every stage of their projects. Our team empowers you to shape a brighter way, leveraging world-class services, advisory, and technology to drive real estate innovation.

  • Lead sustainable building client programs and project delivery
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments and energy audits to optimize building performance
  • Develop and implement Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings
  • Deliver NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development
  • Support Green Star certification projects (Performance and Interiors)
  • Apply mechanical engineering expertise to optimize HVAC systems and renewable energy integration
  • Produce high-quality client deliverables including reports, presentations, and analytical models
