Exceptional Customer Service Professional Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to take on a challenging role as a sales and customer service expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained fleet of vehicles.
  • Refuel and transport vehicles as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
  • Car rental experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy skills required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Current and ongoing work rights.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
