Job Opportunity

The Asset Health Analyst plays a pivotal role in harnessing machine data to evaluate equipment and operational conditions, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance fleet reliability and performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor machine data to assess asset health and identify potential issues early on
  • Deliver expert analysis to improve machine reliability and overall fleet performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular engagement and communication
  • Identify opportunities for sales and service growth based on asset condition trends
  • Support strategic maintenance decisions such as repair or life extension
  • Promote continuous improvement in asset health systems and processes
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated background in maintenance planning, reliability analysis, or related roles within mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement, including influencing and communication across multiple levels
  • Practical knowledge of condition-based maintenance, oil/fluid analysis, and equipment prognostics
  • Familiarity with industry-standard systems such as Caterpillar's SIS, SIMSi, Foresight, and fluid analysis platforms (Desirable)
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail in interpreting machine health data
  • Proficiency in business systems and tools, including MS Office and Dealer Business System
