Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Virgin Australia Airlines. As a key member of our payroll operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our payroll services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and compliance of our payroll operations.

  4. Manage multiple payroll systems, including data integration and system maintenance.

Requirements
