Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth and meet campaign goals while prioritising client satisfaction.
- Offer expert advice on life insurance products to suit individual needs, including TPD, TI, and IP.
- Foster trust and loyalty with clients through a consultative approach.
- Efficiently manage your client pipeline, ensuring accurate completion of administrative tasks and data entry.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in client services roles within the life insurance industry, ideally from a retentions or sales background.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets while maintaining a client-first mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- A focus on understanding and addressing client needs to deliver real value.
