Senior Care Professional

The role of a Senior Care Professional is to provide exceptional support and care to residents in a residential setting. This involves working closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs, preferences, and strengths.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an aged care facility.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check.
