Job Title: Instructional Designer

This is a contract opportunity for an experienced instructional designer to join our team.

  • Develop high-quality educational resources for Certificate II students in 2026, including VETDSS and traineeship programs.
  • Co-design six units with First Nations representatives, ensuring culturally appropriate content for all students.

Key accountabilities include:

  1. Conducting workshops to gather insights from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  2. Designing and developing curriculum, including online and face-to-face teaching resources.
  3. Creating lesson plans with linkages to relevant fieldwork and opportunities for deep learning.
  4. Presentation aids aligned with lesson plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.
