Operations Supervisor Role Overview

As a key member of our operations team, the Operations Supervisor will play a vital role in driving client and customer satisfaction, promoting safety and well-being, and delivering financial and business growth.

  • Coordinate delivery of compliant and customer-focused waste services across multiple sites
  • Provide frontline operational and safety leadership to a team of operators
  • Identify and deliver operational improvements and exceed key performance benchmarks
  • Manage and prepare detailed reports on all operational activities
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations utilizing established techniques
Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Leadership skills with a focus on people management
  • Previous operational leadership experience essential
  • Commitment to a safety-first culture
  • Proficiency with health and safety management systems
  • Road transport, logistics, and/or waste management experience highly regarded
