Operational Leadership Role

Are you a motivated and strategic thinker with experience in operational leadership? We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead our operations team, driving client satisfaction, promoting safety, and delivering financial growth.

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating waste services across multiple sites, providing frontline operational and safety leadership to a team of operators, identifying and delivering operational improvements, and managing detailed reports on all operational activities.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership experience in a similar industry

• Strong knowledge of health and safety management systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
