Structural Engineer Opportunity

Key Project Role

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to contribute to our team of experienced and professional engineers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on key commercial, health, and retail building projects in Perth CBD.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive analysis and design of structural systems across building projects
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation including calculations, design reports, specifications, and construction drawings
  • Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects from concept to completion
  • Assist with site inspections, structural assessments, and reporting
  • Support senior engineers and project managers to deliver projects on time and with high quality

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 5-7 years of experience in structural engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Strong background in buildings, including commercial, medium/high-rise, retail, and health projects
  • Proficient in structural design software (e.g., SpaceGASS, RAM, RAPT, ETABS, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Australian Standards and industry guidelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a collaborative approach
  • Progressing towards Chartered status (CPEng) is highly desirable
