As Store Manager at Surf Dive 'n Ski, you will be responsible for driving sales results and leading a high-performing team. About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven sales results and a passion for leading and building high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support.
  • Ensuring all KPIs are met with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Analyzing sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products.
  • Recruitment, performance, and career development of up to 30 team members.

You will possess:

  • The ability to lead, coach, and develop a large sales team.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom-line profits.
  • The ability to follow and achieve wage budget in line with sales.
  • Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • High-level communication skills and an ability to build relationships.
  • Strong business acumen.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
