Ground Terminal Engineer Position

  • As a Ground Terminal Engineer, you will be responsible for providing operation, maintenance, and repair services for ground terminal architecture at customer sites.

  • Key responsibilities include providing daily activities and after-hours response for technical operations, maintenance, and repair of end-to-end communications capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of communications systems and components for ground to space communication links.

  • Craft and execute preventative maintenance plans for large antenna platforms and associated equipment.

  • Apply technical knowledge of electronics principles to determine equipment malfunctions and restore mission critical operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2 years engineering/technical experience or Master's Degree with 0 years experience or High School Diploma/G.E.D plus 6 years experience.

  • Possess work-related experience with operation, maintenance, and repair of RF Communication systems.

  • System level test experience working with antenna/ground hardware.

  • Ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance and complete counterintelligence polygraph examination prior to start date.
