Are you a marketing professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This is a full-time, 6-month fixed term contract position based in Melbourne. As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will support national talent acquisition efforts by leading employer branding initiatives, digital campaigns, and recruitment marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Support the Careers website and ensure employer brand consistency
- Create engaging content and collateral to attract top talent
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar
- Strong copywriting and digital marketing skills
- Experience with CMS platforms and campaign analytics (PageUp)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
