Job Title: Business Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of success in business development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software industry and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Qualify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Negotiate and contract with customers to secure sales
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and performance metrics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
