Job Description Manage end-to-end project development processes for renewable projects post land acquisition through to handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders and investors to achieve project milestones.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new and ongoing projects.
Prepare and present project proposals, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Oversee compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal project performance.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant A successful Project Development Manager should have: A background in renewable project development with end to end experience.
Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A relevant degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
