Store Manager Job Description

The role of Store Manager is a pivotal position within our retail organization, responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success.

To excel in this role, you will require strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team of product ambassadors. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and prioritize customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of product ambassadors, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and deliver results-driven solutions, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience.
  • Talent Development: Identify and address development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance within the team.
  • Business Performance: Collaborate with field VM and merch partners to provide insights and drive business results, managing store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
