Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Physiotherapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Physiotherapy department, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 5 years' clinical experience working in an acute care hospital.
  • Extensive experience working across a variety of acute, inpatient Physiotherapy areas.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
