Clinical Nurse Educator Role

Drive excellence in clinical education, training and support as a Clinical Nurse Educator. This pivotal role empowers passionate educators to make a lasting impact.

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to:

  • Design, deliver and evaluate targeted development programs that elevate patient care.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative educational strategies and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

This is an excellent opportunity for registered nurses or midwives with relevant clinical/education post-registration qualifications and demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and plan, develop, deliver and evaluate education.

What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
  • Relevant clinical/education post-registration qualification
  • Recent extensive clinical experience deemed appropriate by the selection panel
  • Demonstrated ability to identify learning needs and to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate education
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to work in a consultative manner
