Job Description

As a Personal Banking Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a team environment. Your primary goal will be to identify individual needs and promote our products and services to meet those needs.

You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. This is a full-time role based on a 38 hour work week, with the ability to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Cash Handling Experience: You should have experience handling cash and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be detail-oriented and accurate in your work.
  • Teamwork: Ability to build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member is crucial.
  • Adaptability: You should be able to adapt positively to change and new situations.
