Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain and repair subsea oil and gas equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair subsea oil and gas equipment ensuring all work is done according to set procedures.
- Ensure necessary materials, equipment, parts, procedures, and qualifications are available to perform the job.
- Commission, run, maintain, and repair subsea equipment.
- Ensure workshop procedures cover actual work and are followed.
- Promote and ensure compliance with quality management systems at all times.
- Ensure workshop equipment and facilities are suitable and in operational condition.
- Follow procedures, fill in necessary information, contain correct documentation, and sign and complete.
- Use materials and support substances according to specific requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant workshop experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Hold mechanical fitting certification or similar qualification.
- Good mechanical skills and ability to multitask while using technical equipment.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and have good mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills and able to work and communicate well with internal and external customers.
- Experience and knowledge within the subsea segment, such as trees, chokes, IWOCS, control systems, preferred.
