About the Role

We are seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to ensure our stores provide a positive shopping experience. This dynamic role involves working through a checklist of cleaning tasks, using various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a clean and safe environment. You will be responsible for collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of the weather.



Key Responsibilities

  • Work through a checklist of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Use various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of the weather.


About You and Your Skills

  • You will be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • You must be committed to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness is essential.
  • You must be passionate about working safely and adhere to Coles Safe work practices.
  • You should be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • You will be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs, so you must be active and physically fit.
  • You must be available for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
