To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
- Demonstrated Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
- A motivated and driven attitude.
- The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs.
- Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
- Effective roster management and wage control experience.
