About the Role

As a senior retail professional, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and maintaining a store environment that inspires and delights our customers.

This is a full-time position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Coaching and developing your team members to help them reach their full potential.
  • Maintaining store standards with visual merchandising that showcases our brand's personality.
  • Managing the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead by example and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
  2. Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
