As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of running the store, including leading, coaching and developing the team. You will provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers. Your goal will be to drive sales and ensure the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of running the store
- Lead, coach and develop the team
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
- Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company
- Create an inspirational, supportive and informative environment for your team
- Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
- Create employee rosters and manage employee time recording/hours
- Process and replenish stock according to company standards
- Be an advocate of health and safety in the workplace

Requirements:

- An experienced leader with great mentoring and coaching skills who can inspire their team
- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail fashion store is highly desirable
- Ability to cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability to maximize performance
- Outstanding communication skills
- Passion for all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- Desire for continuous improvement
- Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster
